Conference Center
The Conference Center is located on the Second Floor and includes a seating/break-out area, a medium and large sized conference room capable of seating up to 10-12 people respectively. Each room is equipped with wireless internet access, a projection screen and white boards. Additional supplies such as phones, markers and coasters can be collected from Property Management.
Please contact the Property Management Office to schedule your meeting. Appointments are on a “first come” basis. There is almost always one room available, but every so often, Property Management may need to do some juggling in order to accommodate everyone.
Also, please note, Tenants are responsible for leaving the facility in immaculate condition and ready to go for the next tenant. This includes disposing of all papers or debris in the trash bins, wiping down the table(s) if necessary, pushing in the chairs in orderly fashion, and wiping off the white boards. If you notice any damage or anything missing prior to using the room, please notify the Property Management Office so that you are not held responsible for it. Also, if any trash receptacles need emptying please notify the Property Management Office.
The Café is located on the 2nd Floor, Suite 230. The Café offers breakfast and lunch as well as full service catering to meet all your business catering needs. You can call or fax in your orders.

Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is located on the 1st Floor, Suite 150. It is for the exclusive use of Tenants and their employees. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, Direct TV, showers, saunas and lockers.
For access please contact the Property Management Office. Building policy requires Tenants/employees to complete a waiver use form.
